Antargyan Cloud Works LLP is an Indian-based EdTech Company founded in June 2016 in Pune. Over half a decade we have been providing our services to many tutors, educational institutes, and coaching gurus, assisting them in teaching online in a secure manner. Through our platform Rioplay, we provide DRM services to safeguard the digital content of our publishers against any kind of piracy. Further, we connect students and teachers across India by providing a common platform where tutors can sell their video lectures and students can buy them, making the imparting of knowledge easy, affordable, and effective.
As a well-established educational technology company, we now aim to provide custom software development, mobile app creation, and marketing automation services to all companies, regardless of their field. Before 2020, we were helping teachers and institutes distribute their pre-recorded video content securely using our strong encryption software. We met their end-to-end needs by setting up their websites, encrypting their valuable content, distributing it through Pendrive/Google Drive classes, and handling tech support for tutors and students.
With the outbreak of COVID-19, many industries came to a halt, and the education sector was no exception. Many institutes struggled to set up a robust online teaching platform with ease of teaching and security features. To overcome this pain point, we decided to build a live online teaching software, “RioPlay,” with the strongest DRM feature.
We also offer an online platform, “Learn with Antargyan,” which enables tutors to teach millions of students through their pre-recorded video courses and allows students to choose from a variety of online courses available. We are proud to be an education technology company revolutionizing the teaching world with digitalization.
Now, we aim to provide customized digital solutions to all industries through web and mobile application development and digital marketing services. We want to bring digital transformation so that businesses can run to their fullest capabilities.

Dilip is an engineering graduate with more than 19 years of experience in the EdTech domain, including over 10 years of entrepreneurship experience. He handles day-to-day business process optimization and client communication, making business operations easier. Dilip manages and organizes in-house resources to perform better in daily operations and sets up sales channels and support teams, educating them to deliver fantastic results in the right direction to achieve financial goals.
Sameer Dubey (CTO)
Sameer is a performance-focused technology executive, constantly delivering revenue growth and driving highly strategic business initiatives to support corporate goals. With 19 years of experience in technology, developing desktop, web, and cloud technologies from software developer to project manager to CTO, Sameer is an innovator in building technical strategies for products and services to boost sales performance, capture new revenue opportunities, and expand into new channels.
